The Mystery of the Missing Marble
Once upon a time, in a grand, colorful toy room, lived a kind old teddy bear named Barnaby. Barnaby had seen many playtime adventures, but his favorite was watching his friend, a bright, bouncy rubber ball named Pip, zoom around the room. One day, the toys found Barnaby was very sad. Pip asked, 'What’s wrong, Barnaby?' Barnaby sighed, 'My most precious thing, my shiny, swirling marble, is gone!'
A curious little toy train, Toot, overhearing the conversation decided to help. The toys all decided to become detectives to find Barnaby's marble. Toot went to a grumpy old block tower and asked if he had seen anything, he just growled but said no. A rag doll named Rosie had found something near the window, she told the other toys it was just a tiny piece of colored paper that said "Sunbeam". Pip bounced around asking everyone about the Sunbeam but no one had heard about it. They questioned a group of silly squishy toys, and all of them said they saw Barnaby playing with a marble before going into his big toy chest. The toy chest seemed very important, as it's where Barnaby kept all of his most important treasures. The toys decided to look inside together. There in the back corner behind a collection of buttons was Barnaby's special marble. 'Sunbeam!' Barnaby shouted. 'That's the name I gave my marble when I first got it!' He was overjoyed to have his marble back, it was the very first toy his owner ever got him. All the toys had a wonderful playtime after that and Toot became known as the great toy detective.
