The Boy Who Could See Two Worlds

Little Sami lived in a bright, sunny town with rooftops that tumbled down like steps. He loved exploring with his best friend, a playful kitten named Sunny. Sunny was very curious, and loved to climb anything. Sami often noticed that the adults went about their day in different groups. Some of the women gathered on the rooftops to chat and laugh, their colourful clothes bright like flowers, while the men worked in the market below, their voices booming with energy. Sami was curious, and wanted to know what everyone was doing. He would visit the rooftops where the women were, listen to their stories and help them with little tasks. Then he would climb down into the market, where he learned about the different crafts, heard funny stories, and made friends. Sometimes, he'd even play little pranks with the friendly shopkeepers.

One day, Sami noticed that the kitten Sunny was hesitant to climb. Sunny was confused, unsure if he wanted to go to the rooftops, or the market. Sami realised that sometimes it's ok to be curious about both the different things in life. He encouraged Sunny to be brave. He then took Sunny to the rooftop where they explored all the wonderful things the women there did. After that, Sami took Sunny to the market, where Sunny explored all the noisy and fun things the men there did. From that day on, both Sami and Sunny appreciated the colourful rooftops and the bustling markets equally, just like Sami. They learned that being curious about everyone and everything is the best way to make your world even brighter.
