Sunny Meadows Farm

Lily was a very organized little girl who loved sunshine and bright colors. One day, her parents had to go on a long trip, and Lily was sent to live with her Aunt Willow and her family at Sunny Meadows Farm. When Lily arrived, she was surprised! The farm was very gray and dusty, the animals looked sad, and her cousins, Barnaby and Daisy, never smiled. Aunt Willow only ever talked about gloomy weather and never left the house. Lily decided she was going to bring sunshine to Sunny Meadows Farm! First, she cleaned all the dusty windows so the light could shine in. Then, she found some colorful flowers growing wild in the field and planted them all around the house. She showed Barnaby how to make funny faces, and soon he was giggling. Daisy was shy, so Lily started telling her silly stories, and Daisy's cheeks turned pink as she smiled. Finally, Lily decided to help Aunt Willow. She brought her a cup of sunshine-yellow tea and gently suggested that they open the curtains. When the sunlight flooded the room, Aunt Willow's face lit up! She even agreed to go outside to pick flowers with Lily. Soon, Sunny Meadows Farm was full of laughter and bright colors, just the way Lily liked it! Even the animals seemed happier, and everyone agreed that having a little sunshine in their lives was the best thing ever.
